I have worked as an auto mechanic for the past 25 years, I have owned my own store for the last 15 years, and most of my time is spent paper chasing. I’m not getting any younger and I was desperate to find a way to make things easier for myself. I had heard a lot about auto shop software, but my main concern was cost and learning how to use it since I’m not great with computers. Profits have increased by 25% and I’ve never been happier. My paper chasing days are officially over because all business processes are streamlined and automated. All invoices are sent by email, if a client doesn’t pay on time (which is rare) they are sent an automatic reminder notice. Customers get their receipts, service reports, and inspection reports by email. All appointments are efficiently made through the auto shop software too. There are so many benefits to this system, but its not possible to name them all, all I can say is that I can’t imagine living without it and I highly recommend it.
